The International Food Heroes Agency (IFHA) is a team of experts and innovators tackling some of the world’s most pressing food, beverages and agricultural challenges. We create a platform to celebrate and connect food heroes within and outside Africa.
Network for Social Inclusion and Careers (NEFSIC) proudly presents the Food Heroes Dinner and Awards, an initiative to honor the extraordinary men and women in the food and beverage industry. From chefs and restaurant owners to farmers, food vendors, processors, suppliers, and manufacturers, these individuals work tirelessly to ensure food security and promote wellbeing amidst global challenges. Despite rising hunger, driven by conflict, climate change, and the COVID-19 pandemic, these heroes contribute daily to the achievement of SDGs 1, 2, 3, and 17—No Poverty, Zero Hunger, Good Health and Wellbeing, and Partnerships for the Goals. Through this prestigious event, NEFSIC celebrates their unwavering efforts, recognizing their essential role in building a hunger-free, healthier world.
